Robot was born and raised in Springfield, MO where she currently resides with two sons, two dogs, two cats, and two twelve six three ducks.

Music has been a constant throughout her life, from singing songs at Sunday school and stubbornly learning to read piano music from her wildly patient mother to playing bass for her first band just out of high school and touring western Europe as a member of the world-renowned Missouri State Concert Chorale.

Over the past twenty years, Robot has played a variety of instruments with a handful of Springfield bands including Bender, Someone Still Loves You Boris Yeltsin, The Outlaw Sea, The Preservation Society, and The Mixtapes. She currently fills in on bass with Sound the Alarm.
